It’s often said that a piece of furniture adds the finishing touch to an architectural project. We believe furniture makes architecture.

The Column Noailles is a monumental floor lamp. It is a tribute to the column in the Salon Rose at Mallet Stevens’ Villa Noailles on the Côte d’Azur in France.
This two-and-a-half-metre-high piece consists of a column with two superimposed cylinders that can move vertically and revolve on their axis, creating variations in colour and light intensity.
The work on colour consists of a play on superimposition: the two cylinders are in two personalised tones, orange and violet, which, put together, make up the pink of the central column.
