Creation of the hotel concept for developer Réalités’ new Live & Co brand.
Design of the bible detailing the entire architectural concept as well as the sourced and customized furniture.
Supervised development in France, Europe and North Africa.
Creation of a replicable “identity” for a site comprising two typical architectural layouts:
– single rooms of different categories and sizes (T1, T1 Twin, T1 PMR, T1 Bis)
– rooms with shared kitchens-lounges and bedrooms (single – PRM)
– a café, restaurant, co-working and seminar space
– service areas (wellness, fitness, cinema, study, karaoke, music, games, e-gaming, connected laundry, sanitary facilities, bike room, circulation)
– facility management areas (manager’s office, maintenance office, hello manager’s office, break room, checkrooms, uniform room, security PC)
– technical areas (linen room, cleaning room, dustbin room, storage, technical room).
Our specifications cover :
– architectural aspects from a structural, acoustic and environmental point of view,
– aspects of interior architecture, including its materiality and custom-made materials,
– the recommendation and sourcing of 20% of the furniture and the design and production of 80% of the made-to-measure furniture; in order to offer a remarkable identity, ergonomics and a certainty of economy to the project.
Live & Co is also a collaborative project between architects and our studio.
In fact, once the specifications have been delivered, it’s about working on implementing them in real-life operations, in construction or renovation.
